Altara Refund Policy

At Altara, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please review our refund policy to understand how to proceed.
1. Conditions for Requesting a Refund
- You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original packaging and without significant alterations.
- Have at least 70% of the supplement remaining.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been altered or excessively used (consumed more than 30%) or show damage due to misuse.
2. Refund Request Process
- Initial Contact: Send an email to our customer service team at wellness@go-altara.com with your order information, including the order number and reason for the refund request.
- Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review the eligibility of the product and notify you about the status of your refund.
- Product Shipping: If your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product. Altara does not cover the shipping costs for returning the product. Paying for return shipping does not guarantee a refund, as the returned product must meet all eligibility requirements for the refund to proceed.
3. Refund
- Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for clearance or final sale products.
- Products that have been altered, excessively used (consumed more than 30%), or returned outside the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, Altara will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange for the product.

- For exchanges of defective or incorrect products, please contact us at wellness@go-altara.com within the first 30 days from the purchase date to receive exchange instructions.
