- Orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within specified countries. Please contact us at wellness@go-altara.com to verify shipping availability to your location.
3. Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (within the United States): Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days once the order has shipped.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing, but it generally takes 10 to 20 business days.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package’s journey to its destination.

5. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Altara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at wellness@go-altara.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
